'My Big Gypsy Stereotype' DVD on sale now

The new video from the East Sussex Traveller Education Team is now available to buy.

This DVD presents a positive, measured and aspirational response to the recent Channel Four series 'My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding'.

There has been a considerable negative response within the Gypsy and Traveller community to the way  the Channel Four Series portrayed their lives.

My Big Gypsy Stereotype has been made with aspirational young Traveller people. With contributions from Richard O'Neill, Henry Chapman and some of the winners and their families of the 2011 GRT Poetry competition.
